先日、大きな池の周りをお散歩してきた。
一生懸命歩いて、一周するのに約1時間。緑の匂いがいっぱいで、気持ちよかったと言えば気持ち良かった。
歩き始めは、周りの木が風に揺らせる音(さわさわ)を聴き、鶯のさえずりを聞きながら歩く。鶯は「ホ～ケキョケキョケキョケキョケキョケキョ」とかなりケキョケキョ鳴いていた。１人前のさえずりではない。練習だったのかなぁ？（笑）
一昨年の台風災害の跡があちこちに残っていた。大木が結構な数倒れていた。
ほんと自然は凄い！土砂崩れしただろう所にしっかりと花が咲いている。
やっぱり自然には勝てないなぁ（泣）
以前の私には森林浴とか全く興味無い話だったが…歳取ると変わるものなんだあ（笑）
因みに周りを見るゆとりがあったのは、最初の10分くらい…残りは、言葉も少なくなり、登ったり下ったりの細い山道を終点目指して黙々と歩いた。
なぜ、黙々と歩く事になったかだが？
足はぷるぷる膝ガクガク（笑）ひたすら地面を見てヨイショヨイショと…(T_T)
